Putting your dogs needs first, we know that choosing a groomer for your dog is not easy, but at our salon, you can even stay with your dog if you want to.
Pets Wellbeing
All our staff members are dog owners and truly love animals; that is why they have chosen this career. Your pet's wellbeing is our priority first and foremost; we only accept limited numbers of dogs per day; this allows us to spend time with your dog. Your dog will not be put in a cage all day. We try and keep your dogs time here short and sweet as we know they want to get back to their owners.

In our luxury pet boutique, we carry wholesome foods and treats, designer toys and accessories, interactive games, stylish bedding and pet apparel, plus all the normal pet essentials.
DE MATTING
If your dog requires this treatment, it can be done by hand using a process of grooming tools and will be discussed with you prior to the start of the grooming process.
DOG BATHING - BATHING
We cleanse and moisturise the coat with a wide range of natural & organic Whal products, gently removing dead hair and skin cells to improve coat condition.
This treatment can also help to loosen tense muscles and relieve sore joints.
DRYING
All dogs are carefully hand dried. We take great care in this process to make the experience as pleasant as possible for your pet.
A new Sterile towel is used for each dog, ensuring strict hygiene conditions are met.
BRUSHING
Brushing is essential to the grooming process as this stimulates the skin and removes any dead coat.
Brushing will improve the coat texture and prepare it for clipping or scissor finishing.
DOG CLIPPING & SCISSOR FINISHING
We will clip or scissor finish coats to the most practical and aesthetically pleasing style for your dog.
However, if you have a particular style in mind, our groomers are happy to discuss this with you at the beginning of your visit.
HAND STRIPPING
We will advise if your dog needs hand stripping mainly on wire coat dogs.
EYES & EARS CLEANED
We will gently clean the dogs ears and eyes using specialist products.
NAIL TRIMMING
We always check your dog’s claws to assess whether or not they need clipping.
PUPPY GROOMING
It is important for your dog to experience grooming from a young age, whether they have a quick brush or a full groom.
The process of your puppy meeting their groomer and having a friendly and trusting experience makes any future trips to the groomer a pleasant one.

We had a cow pat emergency today and you came to the rescue. Bella is an adventuress baby at 7 months and found some lovely fresh cow pat to roll in. We are not from the area and googled you, you fitted us straight away and did an amazing job.
Will definitely be back, we can go for a bit to eat while you pamper the pouch!!! It was the first time for Bella at the pamper parlour, but you made her feel amazing. Promise no cow poo next time xx

Took my 10 month old dog Tinky for her first full groom. I was worried but needn't have been. Everyone at the dog house was friendly and very helpful.
I went to collect Tinky and she came out really happy and looking and smelling beautiful. Even my cat Sausage liked the smell of her. Lovely job thankyou. Will definitely be bringing Tinky again.
